Grayhawk is conveniently divided into two distinct sections: The Park and
the Retreat. The Park will likely appeal to family-oriented buyers where
its spacious lots, playgrounds, picnic ramadas and grassy play areas will be
appealing. Its nine subdivisions on 497 acres are conveniently located
to Grayhawk Elementary School which is part of the excellent Paradise Valley
