Desert Highlands
Desert Highlands is a private golf community where the club is owned and managed
by the members and the property owners own a membership in the club automatically
when they buy in the neighborhood. The 850 acre property was opened in
the mid-1980s and has 575 home sites in a gated community with natural Sonoran
Desert vegetation.
There is 24-hour guard-gated entry, a 33,000 sf club house with tennis courts,
swimming pool and a Jack Nicklaus golf course.
Recent sales prices have ranged from less than $1 million
to more than $3 million.
