Cactus Rose
Cactus Rose is a friendly neighborhood located off the Scottsdale 101 and
Raintree. This community is located minutes from shopping, dining and
parks. It was built by Shea homes in the early 1990’s. There
are three green areas that have walk ways, exercise routines, and plenty of
room for children to play. Cactus Rose is broken into two subdivisions.
Desert Rose and Desert Sage.
There are 167 homes in Desert Rose. There are 93 single
level homes and 74 two story homes. Seventy five
percent of the homes have pools. Recent sales have
ranged in price from about $450,000 to $650,000.
Desert Sage has 98 homes. There are 48 single level
homes and 50 two story homes. The homes in Desert Sage
tend to be a little smaller than Desert Rose. Recent
prices have been in the $300,000 to $550,000 range.
