Ancala
Ancala is a beautiful golf course community located high in McDowell Mountains. This
850-acre guard-gated community is located minutes from luxury shopping, fine
dining and medical services, including the Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale Healthcare
and Virginia Piper Cancer Treatment Center. There are three Excelling
Schools nearby. The Ancala community includes 542 custom home sites
with views of mountains, golf course or city lights, 42 casita homes and an
18-hole golf course and private country club. Sales activity has been
relatively lively since the beginning of 2007 with prices ranging from $650k
to $4 million.
Ancala Country Club opened in 1990. The course was
designed by Pete Dye and has five sets of tees for all levels

emerald greens and Sonoran Desert views makes a game at Ancala

tennis courts, on site tennis pro as well as a fitness center
